The quick answer is yes, cats can eat oatmeal, but only in small portions. According to the aspca, cinnamon is not toxic to dogs. A little bit of cinnamon, like the amount used in most baked goods, is not going to hurt your dog. As i am sure it is unhealthy, but i just wanted to know if they could have it in their foods.
